Inspiration from Sponge Bob! All the stamped images on this card are heat embossed.

I couldn't find a technique that I liked to make the "water" background so I made my own, or at least one that I haven't seen anywhere. In a plastic container I dropped a few drops of my regular Tempting Turquoise reinker and my Craft Tempting Turquoise reinker. Then I used wadded up saran wrap and blotted my cardstock with the ink mixture. I then poured clear embossing powder on top and heated it up.

It is hard to see the detail of the ribbon in this picture because of the colors. I used a ribbon slit punch and wove the ribbon through it tied it in knots. I'm pretty happy with the way this turned out.
